My pal Scott over at Starbucks is not doing well. He said he just got over Covid after getting the flu shot last week. I asked about, "the List" and he was done talking about it. He asked me what my plans are for the Holidays. Small talk and I was ok with that.
That's why throwing money at the education problem won't work. Chicago Public Schools have some of the worst education results in the country. Our largest school districts are cesspools of waste, grift and abuse (which the unions protect) and produce the lowest scores.
