I always wonder about about so called polls. So, if 60% of adults polled feel favorable about Obama care then that must mean that some of us on here were polled. I can say I wasn't, nor my wife or any of my four adult kids. My daughter in law, son in law, two sisters, their husbands, my cousins or parents were polled.
The fact that the Ds are fighting to retain the "temporary" subsidies tells you all you need to know. Rates have skyrocketed and the D argument is without subsidies Ocare is too expensive. Which of course is the exact opposite of what they claimed Ocare would do to prices.

I have wondered too and I've never been polled in my life. However, I don't answer the phone unless I recognize the number.

But that's not what he was told on social media.

I'm not a fan of Ocare, it's too costly and has too few options and your paying for coverage you don't need. However, 60% of adults have a favorable opinion of Ocare. And honestly, the Republican's haven't proposed a comprehensive plan to replace Ocare.
The provisions in the ACA have saved lives. The Republican plan . . . oh yeah, like you said there never has been one, for decades.

@Multi Sport

If they are able to do a random sample of the population, using statistics, they can get a confidence interval for the actual %. However, it’s very tricky to get a true “random sample” for reasons you point out and other reasons. You will likely get a higher percentage of attention seekers (I ignore every call that isn’t someone I already know - and occasionally a few of those), and people with a lot of time in their hands. There’s also the assumption that those creating the poll are honest. Something we’ve been taught not to assume since COVID and the Twitter files.

WATCH: Our Reporter Grills Dem Rep Grijalva After Epstein File Vote BLOCKED by Her Own Party

Democrats just blocked Rep. Tim Burchett’s motion to bring the Epstein files straight to the House floor.

“I tried to cut out all the nonsense… and they BLOCKED it. Oddly enough!”

Burchett’s trying to expose the truth.
The Democrats? Playing defense.

So our reporter asked Arizona Democrat Adelita Grijalva the obvious:
“If Republicans are the ones hiding Epstein’s files… why did Democrats just block the vote?”

Her answer?
A jumbled talking point about Republicans trying to bury the truth even after Burchett’s motion was blocked minutes earlier.

You can’t make this shit up.

“This is politics. It has nothing to do with doing what’s right.” - Rep. Tim Burchett

They’ve had the files for four years.
If they had anything on President Trump, we’d have seen it yesterday.

They’re not protecting the truth. They’re protecting each other.

Things are so bad, Trump will have to release his tax returns to distract from the Epstein files. -Jim Wright
You know whats distracting are all the gold decorations at the White House. I swear every time there is press conference from the WH there is more gold. It keeps growing like a BMW grill.
