No, he didn't act like that. He asked if people knew what would happen. Someone said, "he would be with his family" and, though it's true, the difference is that "his family" would be deported right along with him. The second person yelled out a question about what the Supreme Court said rather than offer an answer. So no, I don't think "most whiny Lex Luthor" acted that way.

Soon she began the journey to the cockpit by participating in the Civil Air Patrol at age 12 and took to the pilot's seat for her first solo flight at age 16 -- getting her pilot's before her driver's license.
