It isn't out of context. It is at the very beginning. It isn't wishy washy.
It doesn't get more clear than...the report concludes there was not any collusion between T his campaign and the Russians.
Reports do not start of saying...IBM has had a stellar quarter.
And then later in the report say...well turns out the quarter was terrible.
Not how any reports are written.
You keep clinging to your fanstasy despite what the report clearly stated.
