From Mike Davis
Biden imported--and even housed in 4-star hotels--the most dangerous terrorists and vicious gang members in the Western hemisphere.
Trump promised during the campaign to send them the hell out of our country.
We The People liked what we heard.
We elected Trump, with an overwhelming electoral mandate.
312 electoral votes.
The popular vote.
Trump kept the House.
Trump won a comfortable margin in the Senate.
Trump is delivering on his immigration promises.
In America, We The People are the sovereign citizens.
We are not subjects, who get the sovereignty crumbs from government, like the country from which we escaped, declared our independence, and won the Revolutionary War.
America is a radical different model, which is what makes us the greatest country in human history.
Sovereign power flows from God to We The People.
Unlike Great Britain, where sovereign power flows from God to the king or queen.
We The People loan power to our governments, through the loan agreement called the U.S. Constitution.
We don't get grants of power from a king or queen, through documents like the Magna Carta.
And we only loan our governments specific, enumerated, and divided powers.
One of our most crucial sovereign powers as We The People is controlling our border and population.
We don't want to become Europe, remaking the population with Islamist invaders who hate us.
We The Power never gave away to federal judges our sovereign power to control our border and population.
Never.
Not at our founding.
Not after the Civil War.
Not in any Congress since then.
Certainly not after the last election.
Biden illegally mass-imported over 10 million illegal aliens.
The Supreme Court refused to stop him.
Now Trump is trying to fix this for We The People, as he promised.
Federal judges must understand stopping him is a red line.
I don't give a damn what justices unthinkingly decided in a sloppy, legislative decision on their emergency docket, as if they were debating and passing legislation as amateur senators.
There is no Fifth Amendment constitutional right as it relates to the expulsion of illegal aliens--especially foreign terrorists.
Period.
Because We The People, as the sovereign citizens, never, ever agreed to that.
Illegal aliens only have due-process rights afforded to them by Congress.
And the President has Article II power, as the commander-in-chief, to expel a foreign invasion of terrorists--no matter what any statute says.
That is his constitutional duty.
These judges are violating We the People's most crucial sovereign right to control our border and population.
This is 100% unacceptable.
