Jesus also told his followers to love their enemy, which in todays times means, speak the truth to them, even if they kill you. He also said to pray for them as they cut your head off or shoot you. The early followers had it harder much harder than Charlie, trust me and that is not to take anything away from which he was executed for the world to see.
