BREAKING - It’s been revealed a gay couple who crowdfunded their surrogacy journey now has custody of a baby boy, despite one partner Brandon Keith Riley Mitchell being a convicted child sex offender, using a Pennsylvania surrogacy loophole that bypasses state adoption restrictions on registered predators.

The look on baby's face says it all. Nothing like a loophole to allow this to go on in our country. Poor baby. Some people say each soul signs a soul contract and pick their parents before they come to earth. The bravest of souls pick the hardest parental situation to test the soul's ability to learn and grow in any adversity thrown at them.
 
My take so far on the Trump Presidency (In general, "he" = his administration)

-- Harris Expectations: When asked what she would change, she said, "Nothing", so ...
Border: The same as it was under Biden, or some bill passed with a very large number allowed in yearly
Transparency: As with Biden, we still wouldn't know who was making the decisions
Free Speech: We'd be doing everything possible to mirror what Great Britain is doing by jailing people for free speech
Tariffs: What? And take time away from Brat Summer II?
Deficit Reduction: Hahahahahaha
Crime: We don't need no stinking police
Avoiding Distraction: It's all a distraction. She wouldn't be running anything.

So, low bar that, no doubt, led to grade inflation.
- Border: A+ Better than expected - I mean, next to nothing - legitimately, nothing.

- Transparency: A Better than expected (He films his cabinet meetings. You always know where he stands. He's not afraid to call out those he disagrees with. The handling of the Epstein "files" drops him from an A+)

- Free Speech: A+ Better than expected (He has been willing to point out those allies who have fallen short) and has dismantled government sponsored speech police organizations.

- Tariffs: A Better than expected (The "experts" still aren't very good, are they?)

- Deficit Reduction: Incomplete - But, his reduction of spending gets a D so far in execution and is worse than expected. I'd give him an F except a large amount of money went to undo all the illegal immigrant budget damage done by the open borders policy of the last admin. Also, we are seeing them attempt to remove illegals from getting government benefits. I support those efforts and can pave the way to savings in the future. DOGE has potential, but they need to codify the cuts. Of course, he only has so much power since Congress has a big hand in this. If he can truly more than offset it with growth and tariffs and/or codify cuts, I'll change the grade.

- Crime: A+ Yeah, he promotes enforcing laws. I expected this. It is great that he supports and publicizes efforts for groups that need extra protection. No, not nose-ringed, purple haired, adults - children.

- Avoiding Distractions: B- As expected with unnecessary bumps - with Musk, who isn't easy to partner with in politics, and he was too trigger happy with South Park.

Here's the thing. In modern times, you'd look at his "accomplishments" and think, "Isn't this what you expect a President to do? Why all the high grades?" But given the legitimate lunacy the left has implemented and continues to embrace, this "norm" is already an "A".

These creatures are not easy to catch and many of them will cause destruction, so T has to be careful not to rip Band-Aid off too fast.

So just a recap, we were told that it’s impossible to restructure global trade without triggering a recession. We were told that military recruitment is never gonna go up and we just have to deal with it. We were told that in order for the border to be fixed we need to pass comprehensive immigration reform and spend like $17 billion dollars. We were told that NATO countries would never agree to pay 5% of their GDP. And yet here we are not even a year to the Trump presidency, and every single one of those things that we were told couldn’t happen happened. It’s really hard to make the argument that the people in charge before weren’t trying to screw up this country when you see the kind of results that we are seeing now.
