Not even remotely coherent. Libs ripped on Hur for his conclusion regarding Biden. Hur was incredibly kind for not just being 100% honest and calling Biden a "babbling fool".
We've probably all known a friend or relative with this level of cognitive decline, and we'd do whatever we could to protect that person from embarrassment. Yet Jill and his family and others that stood to benefit from Joe's position continued to prop him up. Talk about exploiting the elderly and mentally compromised. It's really disturbing on all sorts of levels.
