I support prosecuting the shooter to the full extent of the law. Utah uses the death penalty in appropriate cases (once it has been proven that Kirk is dead and not just filed away with John-John Kennedy and Ted Williams, and also proven beyond a shadow of a reasonable doubt that they have the correct shooter).
