What does that sad and heartbreaking story have to do with due process, rule of law and the Constitution?
Oh so now you're all about due process, rule of law, etc etc.
I love how you and Lil' e run around yelling J6! J6! But when Democrats are burning buildings and assaulting people..including cops..
you guys are nowhere to be found. 🤡

All of that is conjecture. If he is all you claim he is that still isn’t enough to disappear him for life. He can be deported, fine, but do it right. Slippery slope, “we’re looking into deporting, home grown, I call them home grown criminals. We’ll see if we can do that.” Who’s next? Biden? Cheney? The cops from January 6th?
It's not conjecture. I've seen the actual documentation and reports. If you had any desire to look and not just follow a narrative just like the fool in the actual conjecture video, you'd know that. Glad you're using the "disappear" term you were told to use, despite the fact he clearly hasn't disappeared. Again try doing your own research sometime instead of just parroting talking points. Otherwise, I'm not sure what you're arguing, I agree with "he can be deported, but do it right".

I don't know if you have kids @Hüsker Dü but I know you're a grandpa @espola.
If a story like this doesn't change your mind..I don't know what will.
Just pray something like this never comes to your doorstep.
(That's my biggest fear..not being there to protect one of mine when things go sideways.)
1. I'm not a grandpa.

2. What in my mind do you think would be changed by this?

Ha ha, good question, like k&s says its in the eye of the beholder. However, I know what a non-legitimate source is and its the Tennessee Star which is a right wing propaganda website. Look it up, I did, because the lack of substance and the nature of the article made me suspicious.

We need to all stop relying on social media for news, full stop. Its fine if you want to start there, but cross check with established souces. If you want to know what sources are reliable there are a few bipartisan websites that have accuracy and bias ratings. Most of all use your brain and exercise skepticism regardless of source. Don't be a victim of confirmation bias, which unfortunately seems to be the status quo these days.
I agree that we should skeptically view claims that we can't personally verify by witnessing acts or reliable documentation such as police records filed, etc. Cross-checking is necessary. However, the only "legitimate" news source you came up with was The Wall Street Journal. That's a lot of responsibility for a single source of news that isn't in any way big enough or even attempts to cover all the news.

It comes down to trust. Who runs the source you used to identify the Tennessee Star as such? Where have they previously worked and what have they previously supported? Who is watching these watchers? To my mind, the legacy media has proven over time that they are propagandists first. However, it can still be useful for me to see what they put out.

Also, "non-legitimate" source sounds logically equivalent to, "trust the experts". Social Media broke the largest-scale government-run censorship network in modern history. Much of the media has still not reported on it because it's not in their best interest. Social media was the source of identifying the issues surrounding the COVID vaccine. When a nation is subject to censorship, Social Media is the only thing that gives people a chance at finding out any truth that those in control do not want known. It asks questions. It allows people to see if others have the same "non-narrative" suspicions. It can force MSM to address issues it would prefer not to address. If we ignore it, we don't get closer to the truth. The most important idea that needs to be remembered if we are to continue as a free and open country is that the answer to "bad information" is better information.

Indeed. The guy was tried and found guilty by the due process in accordance with the law and the Constitution. He was not snatched off the street and "rendered" to a hellhole outside of US jurisdiction (I believe that usage of "rendered" was invented by the Cheney administration about 20 years ago),

Fudd and Fudder won't believe this, because it didn't some from "Good Housekeeping" or "The Bayou Gazette", but I'm rooting for it to be real.

Apparently disappearing people is just fine with you. A guy 6 years ago claimed a guy who lived in Maryland was a gang member in NYC? Nothing to dispute there. Who needs a constitution? Rule of law or due process? I’m sure you are fine with other countries doing that to American citizens abroad? Like Otto Warmbier?
What part of 'confirmed MS-13 gang member' has you confused? Perhaps Trump & Co. would be more kind to illegal aliens if you morons hadn't invited 15,000,000 of them here and used our tax dollars to put them up in hotels with full service amenities?

I don't recall you shedding tears when Obama and Biden violated the Constitution. Do you?

Hence why you have to cross check just about everything. Journalism is dead for the most part, but I think there are certainly a few news sources that are more trustworthy than others. I trust a story from the Wall Street Journal.
I think we shot ourselves in the head going to a 24 hour news cycle. I mean, if you're going to pay me $20M a year to work 1 hour a night, I'll say ANYTHING. Hell... I'd tell you Trump weighs 190 lbs and Biden never had hair plugs.

Good Friday 2025

Then the Democrat leaders and their lawyers took Jesus from Caiaphas to the palace of the Roman governor. By now it was early morning, and to avoid ceremonial uncleanness they did not enter the palace, because they wanted to be able to eat the Passover. So, Pilate came out to them and asked, “What charges are you bringing against this man, Jesus?”

“If he were not a criminal,” they & them replied, “we would not have handed him over to you.”

Pilate said, “Take him yourselves and judge him by your own law.”

“But Little e and Du Du said, "we have no right to execute anyone,” they both objected. This took place to fulfill what Jesus had said about the kind of death he was going to die.

Pilate then went back inside the palace, summoned Jesus and asked him, “Are you the king of the Jews?”

“Is that your own idea,” Jesus asked, “or did others talk to you about me?”

“Am I a Jew?” Pilate replied. “Your own people and the Dem Witches & Warlocks handed you over to me. What is it you have done Jesus?”

Jesus said, “My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Democrat leaders. But now my kingdom is from another place.”

“You are a king, then!” said Pilate.

Jesus answered, “You say that I am a king. In fact, the reason I was born and came into the world is to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.

“What is truth?” retorted Pilate. With this he went out again to the Dems gathered there and said, “I find no basis for a charge against him. But it is your custom for me to release to you one killer, rapists, child hunter prisoner at the time of the Passover. Do you want me to release ‘the king of the Jews’?”

They & Them shouted back, “No, not him! Give us Kilmar!” Now Kilmar was a part of the notorious MS13 gang, that rapes, kidnaps and kill little kids and beat the crap out of women.

My friends died, some got injured for life and I was punished by losing everything I worked hard for in SoCal. Dad4, Du Du, EOTL and Little e spread false and misleading information about Covid 19, just like their doing with Kilmar.

Combined with the fact that any idiot can get a Twitter account and post non-sense claiming its news. However, I don't blame the poster I blame the people that blindly repost the bullshit.

Tennessee Star is not a legitimate news source, neither is social media. The story may or may not be true, but I dont see it being picked up by any established news sources, even those that lean right. Now, that doesn't mean that the guy isn't a bad dude. His domestic abuse incidents appear well documented. However, that still isn't an excuse to ignore due process.

After its all said and done, this issue may reflect more poorly on the Dems than on Trump, given the zeal with which the Dems are pursuing the return of a guy with dubious character at best. It’s fascinating who the Dems choice to glorify. It appears they may represent less than 20%. Maybe the Dems are the new 1 percenters!

No offense K&S, but that's just a long winded rationalization to rely on the Tennessee Star and social media for news. Like I said it might be a place to start, but it shouldn't remotely be relied upon. Just FYI, whether its the WSJ or the Tennessee Star, any report that relies solely on unnamed sources should be considered highly unreliable.
