"Based on the lack of respect that China has shown to the World’s Markets, I am hereby raising the Tariff charged to China by the United States of America to 125%, effective immediately. At some point, hopefully in the near future, China will realize that the days of ripping off the U.S.A., and other Countries, is no longer sustainable or acceptable. Conversely, and based on the fact that more than 75 Countries have called Representatives of the United States, including the Departments of Commerce, Treasury, and the USTR, to negotiate a solution to the subjects being discussed relative to Trade, Trade Barriers, Tariffs, Currency Manipulation, and Non Monetary Tariffs, and that these Countries have not, at my strong suggestion, retaliated in any way, shape, or form against the United States, I have authorized a 90 day PAUSE, and a substantially lowered Reciprocal Tariff during this period, of 10%, also effective immediately. 90 day pause was a good call. Our economy was about to go off a ledge. Initially interest rates went down after the tariff announcement and now the 10 year is up 45 basis points from last Friday. Can't have rates going up and equities going down at the same time.

King Trump said to buy early this morning when stocks were -330. Wow, what a call that was🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Up 2400 points on the Kings call. I have no money to buy in because of the assholes in our State that cheat, lie and steal from regular folks and Main Street. The last 5 years has been a lot of loss money wise, but I have my health and dignity, and no one can take that away from me. Good luck everyone playing the stock market🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑

I'm a number of months out from reaching that conclusion. Bonds are still in peril.

It does seem to follow his typical pattern of go big and then compromise. It's a relief that he seems to willing to listen to some advisors and adjust his approach.

Obviously, many of our American brothers & sister got bought, bribed and blackmailed by bad people. Free trips to the Virgin Islands and extra bonus pay for doctors and teachers to push the poison jabs. I don't want people to lose all their money like I did. It would cause chaos and like watty said, it would send many over the ledge because all they care about is money. Not too many care about the kids, just money. Super sad to see everyone all in a hissy fit and orange man bad day after day. Trump could come up with a cure for cancer and they & them would find a reason to hate him. The Pandicans live in fear.
