I did read the link I provided, whereas you just posted some incendiary shit from GBnews, when its a little more nuanced than that. The link also refers to existing (perceived) discrimination, which I take it you are fine with given your lack of comments.

I do think its a clumsy or even stupid approach. If there is perceived existing discrimination that they are trying to resolve, then focus on that objectively, which this doesn't appear to do.

If justices can’t enforce the laws even-handedly, remove them. It’s not a problem with the existing law.

What crime would that be? Telling 15,000,000 illegal aliens they won't be separated from family or sent back, then using our tax dollars to treat them to four star hotels while our homeless population grows and vets sleep in cardboard boxes?

Is that a crime, though, really? I mean, especially if you're so incompetent that shaking hands with invisible people is normal.
