I told you to eat healthy because I love you and so does Bobby. We live by example.
5 things I did to be healthy last week
1) No candy, only ice cream
2) Took walks with my dogs Koda and Rudy everyday
3) I drink water everyday
4) I only had two drinks playing cards with buddies
5) Went to the community gym to workout but gym was closed all week. My heart was in the right place
Good job. One day at a timeI have minimized added sugar since COVID to help with weight loss. It helps. But, I’m pretty sure I’ve maxed out on microplastics with all the Starbucks coffee in the cups. Pick your battles.
