The Rose Bowl generates almost $200 million in economic impact for the region so not holding the game is a net loss of $200 million dollars. That’s the same type of thinking that the politicians in Sacramento have. For you EOTL the net effect on your life and well being is not impacted by the Rose Bowl not being played, but for the vendors, employees, restaurant owners and small businesses it does have a profound effect, actually a $200 million dollar effect. Second, I taught my second grader that when having a discussion with someone, you know you’ve won the argument when they resort to calling you names. Rose Bowl workers are SOL, hotels, all the businesses on Colorado Blvd are SOL ALL have been looking for a hand out like so many others WHO have been impacted by Covid 19. The amount of money they pump into these ISD (Independent School District) stadiums is crazy. Prosper's stadium is just the latest, $48 million dollar and 12,000 seating capacity. Nice thing is my DD plays varsity soccer and I get a chance to announce all of the home games. State of the art facilities.
Oh man, you know how to make one feel jealous after the disaster 2020 for any thing youthful for kids in California. I super happy for your dd to play varsity soccer and you can announce the games. Super rad bro. We start pre-season next week so were told. I pray the kids play by March. No non league games, just the biggest tournament on the West Coast and then right into league. I just heard all the great GDA players that were forbidden to participate last year are all ready to ball. Capo Valley Cougars are going to be very tough. We beat them last year but they were missing some really really good players.
