SoCal State Cup - drops and forfeits (forfeit one - forfeit all?)

Does anyone know what the policy is when teams drop after playing a couple of games and winning those? Appears some teams still have their wins attributed to them from before their drops.

The state cup handbook reads: "For SOCAL State Cup, the forfeit policy is a forfeit-one-forfeit-all policy." It does not mention Drops, but I assume dropping out before your 4th or 5th pool play game is the same as forfeiting?

Yes, dropping out is the same as forfeiting. All games for that team should show as a 1-0 win for the other team.

Well, there are a lot of incorrect scores in their system then. A lot! Any ideas on how to get them fixed?
