He is. 3 years ago when we started soccer and the club scene he had an Extra team. He wanted my daughter because she was an amazing athlete, but lacked the foot skills. She got to train with the Extra team while I coached her in AYSO. Now she is his starting keeper, we have two 2005 teams, and keep getting better and moving up the ladder. Tough to be a small club in this day and age of mega clubs, but we keep plugging away.
 
A lot of lurkers on this post...could it be that there are still teams forming/recruiting at the 05 age?

With the DA season being a few months out, I recall last season a lot of movement that final month before league.

At least 90 people who have read this post and the roll call is a sliver of that at this point.

Some people don't have 05 daughters but like what you have to say so we read it anyway. I am an Albion Hughes 05 GDA supporter and a UCLA Women's supporter as my two teams. I'm a big fan of the keeper on the Albion team and she has been friends with my player since she was 6 or 7 years old. Her parents are okay too....
