So hannity’s argument, because that’s all he talks about, is basically “fruit of the poisonous tree.” If the warrant is illegal then nothing that is a fruit of that warrant comes in.

You know what Scalia, Thomas, and the rest of the conservative block have said about “fruit of the poisonous tree?” TOUGH SHIT, all the evidence comes in anyway. I think our government stopped working for us decades ago.

I voted for Obama over McCain, and stated this publicly on the precursor to this forum.

He did allow the military to go into Pakistan and get Binny.
