Looks like an ok league. Games in Santa Barbara would be fun if you like going up there. Personally I like going out to AZ for games now and then.

From my understanding Sand and Surf forgot to schedule refs and had to forfeit the games.

I think the league schedules the refs, not the teams.

Hasn't been my experience wherever we've been. The clubs have assignors that schedule the refs. Sometimes an assignor covers several clubs in the area. But they aren't employees of the league - they work for the clubs.

Why would the league not reschedule the games if it was their mistake?

Its the clubs responsibility to assign refs
