Next Level is good, seen them play many times over the past few years. They are unique. Fun to watch, and displayed good sportsmanship every game. It will be interesting to see if they can continue the magic as they expand.

Of course having additional information about conditions of a particular game can only enhance someone's ability to make an accurate prediction for the game. It's just we humans tend to overestimate our ability to do that, and place more weight on the presence or absence of whatever factor that we have personal knowledge of. That additional knowledge can help shape and augment percentages, when starting already with the information about how the team has performed over a recent/substantial amount of games.

The schedule rating being shown isn't another variable that can be used to improve predictions. It's the other way around; it's just making transparent data that the model already has so we users can make additional inferences from it. All it represents is the average team rating of all of the teams that the selected team has faced over the past year. It doesn't use this information to predict or affect anything - it is the result of all of the existing calculations. But you're right, it can show some pretty compelling stories about teams that tend to choose leagues and tournaments with other teams who are stronger than themselves, weaker, or about the same.
 
That rankings app seems pretty good. I know the 2009 girls Arizona scene very well an d i f i was to write out what i thought was the top 10 from history of watching alot of these teams play over time the list on that site is pretty m uch exactly what i would think. Has to be something in it. Arizona is getting better Arsenals 2009 girls are very good. Next Level 2012s are also very good. The acid test at next level is how will their youngest teams do over the next few years. The kids that have been in their system from day 1. Time will tell but yes fair play to their achievements so far.
 
according to that rankings app Next Level Soccer is currently now the number one ranked boys program in Arizona. Not even in any elite league either. I am an Arsenal ecnl (girls) parent and in the last few years I spent maybe $50k on soccer for just one kid. Too much and seriously thinking of getting out of it next season. Next Level are on my doorstep but girls program is only i think first year there.

That Arsenal 2009 girls team is destroying every team they play including 07s. Only thing in their way is Royals 2009. That birth year is awesome.
 
Yes - and their older (original) teams aren't as strong, so they are #1 as a club due to the incredible strength of their youngers. As those teams age through, the club would be expected to show even stronger if they can retain effectively.
