Nat’l Cup

Looked at first like a soft handling call for the PK, at 7:06 of the YouTube feed, but slowing it down I can see why it's made. Tough play in a championship game, but doesn't look like anyone on the pitch is complaining about it (good).

I agree with @Emperador
It's likely a no call in a regular season game, most U13 games actually. Just call "No foul" and move on.
But the ball hit the kid's arm that was raised above his head -- that's going to be a PK call in a National Cup level game. Crappy way to allow a goal though.

It was definitely a mistaken call, but life is far from perfect and we all know this. Far, far from perfect. On to the next.

PK Call
After watching the Video
That’s a crappy call.
The ball hit the player legs then the arm.
That’s a no call.

It didn't look intentional, but it was a clear touch of the ball with the hand/arm in the box. Seems like a fair call to me, the kids seem to know it was going to get called too.
