That's a solid list except for Johnny Cash. Replace it with anyone in the Eagles.

The cover of that song by Thank You Scientist
somehow manages to make fun of the song while still having a ripping band. Thank You Scientist guitarist Tom Monda also gave one of the most amazing guitar solos I have ever seen (and I have been front row for SRV twice, and close to Eric Johnson, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, etc). He was playing a fretless Stratocaster with a smoke mirror finger board. If you like complex shredding math rock, give them a try.
Geddy Lee realizes he has a strange voice and does the best he can with it. He is always on key however.
Johnny Cash is the best singer I know of that regularly sings off key.

It's tough because "overrated" implies that there's a lot of people who think they're great, and I can think of a lot of crap singers whom everyone knows suck. Even though I'm a huge U2 fan and think Bono is a great singer, I totally get why others would say he's overrated... because he's got a crap ton of fans who think he can do no wrong.
