I did not know this existed for players this young. Seniors in high school I can understand a little more. Can someone enlighten me on how they determine the rankings?
I really don't see any value in this sort of subjective ranking of players at this age. Maybe a group listing that's not ranked of "who to watch" at the most. This just encourages the craziness of youth sports in a negative way and could be very harmful to some young players.Mix of national team recognition, games watched, coach input, and a dart board.

It's far from perfect. I'd say it does a good job of identifying good players (most everybody on the list that I know is excellent). But not a great job of capturing ALL of the good players, especially at the younger ages (there are plenty of really good ones that aren't on the list).
