Holy crap CSL League cup finals score.

Now we know how weak the North Silver división was. EDA came in 1st place. Wow I was expecting a better challenge from EDA but a blow out like that will drop them considerably in the rankings. Wow Congratulations Eagles. I’m sure it was well deserved. EDA lacks the proper defense to compete against a Tier 1 team. They lost 6-0 to SDSC on a previous tournament.

We can say the Ole Vs Eagles semis game was the real final. 1-1 tie Eagles won in penalties.

Ole vs Surf Highlights Surf Challenge 2019 with my narration of game. Trust me. I was much nicer this time around except to my own DD. Slow start but much better finish. She seems to play better in the big games IMO.

SDSC best Texans 4-2 in the consolation game. MVLA and. Blues finals was good and #10 on the Blues looked like she was playing injured. MVLA also scored due to a deflection. The defender tried to clear the ball and the ball struck a MVLA right in the leg area and ball went right into the goal. Very impressive they beat the Tier 1 teams in the same day.
 
Lol. The wifey got mad about me posting the videos with the early comments on my DD. I told her I’m her biggest fan and also her biggest critic. She is a great player but is young like all the girls her age. Sometimes they just need that push or adrenaline rush to get into the zone. She got it by second half. She became herself again. For Blues final she was there from the start. My point is that all players even the best ones have slow starts sometimes. Nothing wrong with it as it happens at times but can they bounce back and get back into the zone when the moment calls them out is what’s important.
 
I’m looking forward to the upcoming tournaments and then finish off the season with state cup. It’s been a great 3 years playing 7v7 and seeing all the little fierce competitors.

7v7 standouts through my eyes.

Blues - #7, #10 #27 and some other numbers I don’t know. The goalie play is well too.

Eagles - CM, defenders and the goalie plays lights out majority of the time.

SDSC - they have multiple players like the blues

Legends- the 2 forwards and 1 defender

Slammers PA - the CB and right winger / forward

Albion - left forward and another girl that plays RW or CB

Galaxy OC - The CM and little forward and have a pretty good right back

Ole - definitely not #2 () the forward and the goalie had 2 great games the times I watched her

OC Surf - they have a 2-3 really good players

SD Surf - same as above

Hawks - have their forward very aggressive and reminds of legends forward.

Temecua Surf has a great CM / forward

I’m sure I’m missing more studs and please add numbers to the list.

nice breakdown. There is a great group of players developing among this group of teams. That will be the future stars for the DA or ECNL teams of the future for the cas region.
 
Nice little thread you guys got going here. Took me a while to get through all the posts but I gotta say it was quite entertaining and there are some definite characters posting on here as well. In the North Texas forum it was very similar. The threads that got the most hits had 2 common elements great content and drama. Take out @Sockers858, @Luis Andres @newwavedave @Chalklines and the few other trolls that come on here every so often and this thread would not be the same. Great job guys...loving it.

No troll pays $15 so welcome to the Socal soccer forum. My dd old goat team played in that Dallas Cup a few years ago. NC coach spoke at SMU and told us about Mia Hamm. Checked out JFK place too. Serious thunder storms out there bro. Beat Liverpool when they were top dogs in Texas in Semis and then lost to Solar team that was real good in finals. Lost in OT and our team was playing up. You guys love your football and futbol in Texas :)
 
You are definitely right about the thunder storms. Solar seems to always be in the mix of things. You can always bet to see them in the finals, especially in the younger age groups. Big girls, recruited of course, they tend to get the reputation out there for playing the kick ball game but hey they get the job done. I'm sure you guys here have similar clubs that work in similar fashion. Big name club out there.
 
LOL...Did I ever tell you guys about our Texas trip we took last summer to super copa. Most finals did not finish due to the tornado that caught everyone by surprise. Some of the parents on our team were stuck in the fwy when it hit. It was crazy. Flights got cancelled. We ended up spending an extra night in Texas. Went back to the hotel and there was a tree that was uprooted from the chaos. Never seen anything like it out here. Scary for sure.

Solar is like the Blues of Texas. We beat them in the group stage 2-1. And their coach was so pissed. I was running down their sideline screaming CAS that's what's up mocking them in the process, excited with joy that our little team had beaten the Goliath from Texas, best 2010 team from there. After that I was running for my life after the 6'5" Dads were getting ready to knock me out and turn me into an example. Security came and stopped the whole thing from escalating. Crazy mofos out there. They came back to beat us 2-0 in semis.

Wow......we were told to hunker down triwce from a twister in the winds. Sunny in the morning and the next thing you know there is a twister you can see miles a way and these Texas parents are like, "ah, don't u all worry. That there twister going towards Houston." These girls were very big too. My goat was still small but took it to them in the finals but lost in OT. North Texas board blew up because they beat a baby surf team. It was hilarious.
 
That Liverpool team came out for Surf Cup claiming #1 status back when Surf Cup only had one division called, "Best of the Best.". They lost their first game 0-4 and never made it out of group play. Big Red flag and all their dads dressed in red. Big dudes. They went back to Texas and we never heard from them again.
 
@newwavedave Just ran into a gif video of my DD scoring her first AYSO goal 3 years. Scratching my head, How one little girl can go from playing like this to a goat playing like "The Smooth Criminal" in just 3 years. Hard Wok Pays off. What is your experience in seeing the progress of your goat every 3 years? Huge difference?

6-9 / 9-12 / 12-15 which 3 year group do you recall seeing the biggest jump in her game?

Hard to say. I like 12-15 but I think 15-18 will be her true goat self :)

I've had an account for some time there. Been posting out there sometimes but now with my signature. You can bet you will see me more active across different forums in US. I already started a convo out there. And had a guy complain about my signature and I told him its our right to carry them on forums. Why not use them for our advantage.
