G2010...how’s the season going 2019?

Don’t call me out for BS. Cause there is definite clear issue with this ranking. @SoftasPillows
My dd Legends combo team on paper was #1 at U9 and U10 back in 2013 and 2014. Rankings finally showed us to be the true #1. When my dd went to SoCal Blues because Tad Bobak and RR recruited her for ECNL, we were #1 and won it all in 2015 for Socal. Then my kid went to Surf so she could be invited to the Training Center and make the U14 Youth National Team (really wasn't a team) and we won the National Championship in 2017 and claimed #1 status. Then the smart folks at the DA decided not to have playoffs for her age group. So stupid of the DA. Rankings are very important Luis and I hope folks can fix this quickly. Its all about the rankings and being a champion. Good luck finding the info. Hire Tech bro :)
I will be humble and say my dd did miss her PK IN OT against a very tough BSB team in 2016 QF State Cup where I saw a Beach goat puke and still get up and help her team to victory :)

What do you want for a ranking to be "logical"?

As far as I can tell, when my kids team plays a team above 26, it usually is a good game. When they play a team below 23-24, it usually is a blowout.

What more do you need for setting up scrimmages?

I just emailed the site owner we’ll get to the bottom of this.
Lmao you truly are that psycho and worried huh? Someone paying a ranker for 10 year olds you’re such a clown. There’s nothing more that needs to be said about it. Games aren’t there to prove it? They beat SoCal blues in league both times and lost to SDSC both times and eagles. So I’d say rankings are spot on. Ole lost to eagles and blues and never played SDSC soooooo??? Ya sorry bud. But write the website director and have your crazy rant and ask who is paying you and yada yada. I won’t respond any more. Not worth the time. Good luck to all teams in state cup.

The rankings aren’t accurate at the younger ages. SCDSL League games don’t count, and they rely heavily on margin of victory. The only way to tell who’s best is see how they perform in tournaments when both teams are actually trying to win. If the rankings were accurate, MVLA would be number 1. They Beat Eagles and Blues to win surf cup, the most competitive tournament in the country. SDSC didn’t make it out of group.

Legends has 2 wins against the top 5, and Ole has 0. SDSC, Eagles, and Blues has too many to count. Let’s not get carried away, the top 3 are still the top 3...until someone beats them consistently when it matters.

Wo wo wo. I just joined this forum and I know it was pretty crazy up in north Texas forum but you two sound like a bunch of sleezeballs arguing over u10 teams that just entered the rankings. Those rankings won’t be accurate til after the state cup here. Then we can have a clearer picture. For now both of you need to cool off. This is ridiculous.

Don't take any one game too seriously. MVLA almost got eliminated in group play, too. They only got past Texans on tie breakers.

L

bud... listen you really are a joke. Yes 3-0 loss. Ole isn’t close to the top 4 teams... eagles, blues, SDSC, and legends. Go check youth rankings. Top 4 in the nation are the top 4 from SoCal. Please don’t talk any more until you’re educated in the sport. You are just a dad who has no clue about anything. I understand being proud of your kid but you are a joke of a person for how you talk about the other teammates of your daughter and you always make excuses. It is a team sport so if your team loses your daughter is a part of that equation. I will go as far to say now that you will be your daughters biggest downfall. That’s just a fact. Good luck in your daughters youth career and remember soccer is a very very small world bud. A bad reputation will stick with you forever. Don’t hurt your daughters chances because of how you talk/act.
I hate these rankings that come out at this age because it's skewed in favor of what tournaments you played in and whether you got points for those results. I stopped paying attention to these a while back when I didn't see MVLA in the top three, and other glaring omissions. All those teams you mentioned are really good and deserving of a high ranking, although my first hand eye test says Legends isn't in that top 3 class just yet.

I have always bragged how my dd teams were always #1 in the country. I do that because I'm more competitive than @Luis Andres. However, truth be told, I truly believe MLVA was and is the #1 team in the 04' age group. I believe MLVA is the same as that Barcelona team before name change? I'm not up to speed on NorCal soccer team names like De Anza except to say they have some really good teams in the 04 age.

MVLA tied Texans and then the next day went on to beat Eagles and Blues...that's pretty impressive if you ask me. While I agree about your "one game" philosophy especially amongst the top teams I think anyone that's watched MVLA or went up against them would agree that they're a different breed of cat in the possession style they play...I'm sure RR would even agree with this...

I grew up playing for Ballistic United in Pleasanton. NorCal does indeed play some high caliber soccer.

must be a great club. Would love to see how their possession soccer game looks at the 2010 girls age group. I’m sure they can teach all cas teams a lesson. Cause no one down here is a true possession team when it comes to seeing the way they play. Like I’ve said I’ve only seen it in the boys around here at the age level. Even SDSC, Ole and Legends don’t come close.
Very astute commentary Luis...other teams do it in spurts but no one does it for the majority of the game like they do...everything they do is predicated on finding feet and playing relaxed with the ball at their feet. During warm ups you'll look at them and you say, Oh we got this...then by mid 2nd half they've grinded you down with all the ball chasing you've done that they're literally just playing keep away at that point.

SDSC best Texans 4-2 in the consolation game. MVLA and. Blues finals was good and #10 on the Blues looked like she was playing injured. MVLA also scored due to a deflection. The defender tried to clear the ball and the ball struck a MVLA right in the leg area and ball went right into the goal. Very impressive they beat the Tier 1 teams in the same day.

I’m looking forward to the upcoming tournaments and then finish off the season with state cup. It’s been a great 3 years playing 7v7 and seeing all the little fierce competitors.

7v7 standouts through my eyes.

Blues - #7, #10 #27 and some other numbers I don’t know. The goalie play is well too.

Eagles - CM, defenders and the goalie plays lights out majority of the time.

SDSC - they have multiple players like the blues

Legends- the 2 forwards and 1 defender

Slammers PA - the CB and right winger / forward

Albion - left forward and another girl that plays RW or CB

Galaxy OC - The CM and little forward and have a pretty good right back

Ole - definitely not #2 () the forward and the goalie had 2 great games the times I watched her

OC Surf - they have a 2-3 really good players

SD Surf - same as above

Hawks - have their forward very aggressive and reminds of legends forward.

Temecua Surf has a great CM / forward

I’m sure I’m missing more studs and please add numbers to the list.

Nice little thread you guys got going here. Took me a while to get through all the posts but I gotta say it was quite entertaining and there are some definite characters posting on here as well. In the North Texas forum it was very similar. The threads that got the most hits had 2 common elements great content and drama. Take out @Sockers858, @Luis Andres @newwavedave @Chalklines and the few other trolls that come on here every so often and this thread would not be the same. Great job guys...loving it.

No troll pays $15 so welcome to the Socal soccer forum. My dd old goat team played in that Dallas Cup a few years ago. NC coach spoke at SMU and told us about Mia Hamm. Checked out JFK place too. Serious thunder storms out there bro. Beat Liverpool when they were top dogs in Texas in Semis and then lost to Solar team that was real good in finals. Lost in OT and our team was playing up. You guys love your football and futbol in Texas :)
