What age is your kid? same club or two different clubs?
is The NL team the top team at the club? is the RL team RL or RL socal?
from what I understand, NL will have games more local To San Diego. With RL there will still be travel to Orange County and LA areas.
apples to apples the quality of play and players is Probably similar. But with the new age changes, every team feels new and like an unknown. Do you have opinions or have you heard opinions on either coach?
if it’s comparing RL Socal vs NL i would lean towards NL. If it’s RL vs NL I’d take into account, my child’s placement on the team and How far I’m driving to practice. Spending $1000 more for RL reg fees, plus travel further for games… I woudlnt want to give up my weekends to watch other kids play and mine not even suit up.

Two different clubs
U17
RL would be the second team at a large club
N1 top team at smaller Club
Both new clubs to us so hard to say where he will be on the pecking order.
Appears to be one of the better players at his position on the N1, but it is a core that has been together awhile.
Going to pick the brain of the RL coach tonight.
Leaning N1 for the less travel as you cited.
