CalSouth National Cup Question (use of ECNL players)

Biz ... Are you starting rumors that arsenal Girls are Juicing?

Thats how rumors get started you know ... I can see the board blowing up "Oh My gosh Arsenal Parents are not only juicing vegetables their also juicing their Kids ... Geez Where's Barry Bonds when you need him? . . . Anyone have a hook up on HGH (Human Growth Hormones) . . .just asking

Of course not but when you go 1-9 using a noast from encl players might as well be..let the record reflect i am not saying arsenal is juicing..

A bit ignorant by Arsenal Papa " The fact that no flight 2 teams could keep up with us is not our fault. If they want to win, they need to get better." A lot of teams did get better and then they moved up to National Cup...
 
The more arsenal parents talk the more we understand why RB has a job still. I throw up in my mouth a little bit every time I hear them say, same age group, good competition. Got to see good players, can't get better if you don't play the best etc.
The girls in presidents know where they rank in the soccer scene. They've been on flight 1 teams and sat the bench all season before. They've been the first cut at tryouts every year since they were 8. They are on the 2ND or 3Rd team in their club in their age group. They've played above their head against good flight 1 teams in tournaments trying to get better. They keep coming back trying to make it to the next level. They are tough because they don't quit. They don't need the patches to drop down and teach them anything they don't already know. This "accomplishment" is just like the manure fertilizing Silverlakes.
 
Have you ever walked thru a swap meet or by a garage sale and see someone selling thier trophies, and wonder, "who the hell would want someone else's trophies?!" I think I finally see the answer. Doesn't matter how they get the hardware, as long as they get it. Comical.
 
Flip ... making Flippant Comments

- I can understand your frustration . . .and why you say the things say ... but the fact is that Arsenal consistently puts out really good soccer players that many clubs recruit, Arsenal has really good girls team that do well in their respective divisions no arguing that ... its a top Girls club for 02's, 03's and 04's for sure.

I get the Ethical question around ECNL players playing in the tourney "its Not Fair" I know, but we did not break any rules, maybe some records but not rules. Many other teams used ECNL players also .... I am pretty if Eagles had won this blogosphere would not be as robust. Its only because its Arsenal and RB's teams why there is much frustration going on.

If you truly want to make this all go away what needs to happen is for your DD's to get better and hopefully win some hardware along the way ... you would be amazed how Winning can solve many of your problems and ill will. TO Quote the Great Pontificator Al Davis Just Win Baby!

Not quite - As long as no rules are broken clubs can maneuver and manage their teams how they want

If the teams parents don't agree with it or if their is severe constination of what is "fair play" they always have a choice

My girl is on a flight 1 team that played national cup. Never played this team this year. Just think it's dumb what they did.
If ecnl players belong their why not just have 1 giant league with no tiers?

Okay people, let's not get too off topic. This is supposed to be about mocking Arsenal's RB and his herd of sheep, errr Parents, that take pride in exploiting the gray areas of the rule book, facing lower competition and acting like they accomplished something special. Come on people!

I often wonder underneath my apple tree as the blue jays fly above my head "what is the reason why members on this blog want to mock Arsenal, RB and its parents so bad"

I am sure that if Arsenal did not consistently win or continue to develop the players that it has ... there would not be as much talk or mocking of these teams or its parents.

Here's the reason why ... because there is no need to mock teams that lose or don't make runs at championships ... because the point would be mute ... as Evidence by many other Clubs not being "Mocked, Mentioned or Talked about as much as Arsenal and RB.

Arsenal is viewed as the Bad guys, The Raiders, The Detroit Bad Boys, the one team everyone wants to hate on, beat on, always hoping they lose... Why ... because everyone has Issue with RB, his Style of Coaching and the fact that his teams win ... and for those of you thinking "ok but he does not develop players" ... I would say think again 'Jabroni', just look at the players that consistently get poached, recruited away from his teams, year in, year out.

Now... RB is not for everyone, thats for sure ... and I too sometimes struggle with the yelling and outburst .... But I will tell you this, my DD"s are the most physically fit and mentally tough DD's on the pitch... they have to be ... because if they can survive RB intensity... they can survive any coach or adversity that comes their way. . . and that is a multi-dimensional life lesson in of itself.

Like it or not - His teams and players, are always tough, hard to beat and easy to hate on ... My DD's have significantly improved more so than any other club I have been too.

So for me and my DD's, so good so far ... My DD's will continue to rise to challenge, play hard, play fair and compete on any given Soccer Day ... see you all on the sidelines . . .smile . . . as you cheer for Arsenal to lose instead of cheering for your teams to win.

Spuds was hilarious but the infatuation there was with Fullerton Rangers.

When it comes to Arsenal, Kongzilla seems to have his eyes set on chipping away at the baddest Arsenal poster of all time, "IESoccer".
