Boys ECNL adds two clubs to Regional League

Fullerton Rangers and Eagles were added to the Boys ECNL-RL. Also wonder if Rebels gets promoted to NL. Any thoughts as this is the pathway into the ECNL.

I think it's strange that Eagles boys didn't have ECNL as they do have girls ECNL. I would also guess that Rangers girls would want to join their boys in getting into ECRL.

Makes sense making Eagles now an "all in" club with ECNL.
