I'm in a household with a college coach - going to a club tourney this time of year is NOT a priority with all the college teams kicking off the season.

I'm in a household with a college coach - going to a club tourney this time of year is NOT a priority with all the college teams kicking off the season.

It makes sense honestly, D2/D3 just about to start their seasons and D1 already going, focus should be on what they have right now. I guess with an olders kid, I would find it more beneficial for the olders to be maybe a couple weeks earlier / before the start of college soccer season. Now I’m sitting here reevaluating if it’s really worth going or should coaches look to do friendlies instead of the high cost tournament with travel requirements.

Only coaches I know that are coming are a few local, smaller schools that my daughter has been in contact with.
