Albion SC (East County specifically)

About as one might expect. EA and EA2 are now appropriately labeled: EA is considerably stronger than EA2, and both are middle of the table: EA has two ties, while EA2 is 2-3 so far. A lot of last year's EA2 kids declined to return, so it has a number of new-to-Albion kids on the roster. The Academy teams at Robb and Hickman are both playing Flight 1, and neither belongs: they are both winless at the bottom of their respective tables (They are in different SoCal SD F1 brackets, so don't play each other). Soccer Rankings shows the Robb Academy team has declined since their State Cup run (which makes sense, as they lost a number of quality players and most of the new additions are U14s playing up); the Hickman squad, on the other hand, does seem stronger than last year; I believe they picked up a couple of kids from the now-dissolved EC squad.

It looks like the Albion San Diego teams are relatively well sorted at the moment from U14B and older, from HD/AD/EA/EA2 etc. But the U13 teams are still sorting themselves out, with the AD team performing a little better than the HD team, and the EA2 team performing a little better than the EA team. It looks like it's going to take a season for them to work out team placement and any other factors necessary for each team to play at its best.
