Albion:adidas

Personally we never had any issues, quality or delays, with Capelli but I know this will be a welcome change for many.

Capelli rules. Why on earth would you dump them for Adidas?
We’ve had good luck with orders and enjoyed the products, but have heard horror stories about delays and poor quality.

I don’t really care, but it sucks to have to buy all new kits when we would have gone back to a color from years ago that we already own

Not with Albion, so no skin in this game, but Capelli has the worst customer service of ANY business I've ever dealt with. The quality of the kit is actually pretty nice, minus patches that fall off immediately.

No phone number to talk to a live person, and it takes 6-7 business days for them to reply to an email to then say they'll start looking into the issue, which then takes another 6 days. Missing/wrong items in every order I placed across several seasons with two different clubs. Really don't know why clubs continue to do business with them.

Margins, clubs make more with Capelli from what I understand.

I see your Capelli and raise you PrimeSports.

We were new to Albion last year and dealing with Capelli was an absolute nightmare. It took MONTHS for us to receive anything from them last year and we ordered as soon as the link was available to us. Our player was in a loaner jersey in all summer tournaments. We did eventually get everything, but it took a lot of back and forth with their customer service (only through email, it's impossible to talk to anybody) who kept moving the delivery date back, but we did eventually get it.

I was really hoping we'd be able to use the same uniforms as last year, since we only got 6 months of use out of them, and not have to spend another $400-$600.
