I come from Vermont, which has a history of being a self-declared independent nation for years before being granted recognition and a negotiated entry into the United States as the 14th State in 1791. When I was visiting relatives in 1991, I refused to buy a Vermont Bicentennial t-shirt because it had the inaccurate "1791 - 1991" logo, where the true birth of the Republic dated to its self-declaration in 1777 -- an important distinction because the new Republic was declaring itself independent not only of King George III, but also of the other 13 Colonies (especially New York).
Hmmm -- Iran is not in the list. It is not surprising that the supporters include Hungary and Israel, but why India, Nigeria, and Kenya?
I am intrigued, but not amused, that some will defend the institution of non-Constitutional concentration camps within the borders of the USA. At least the Cheney administration had the decency to ship its poiltical prisones off to an enclave in Cuba.

It was insane to see how much Socal youth soccer was about paying to get seen. It was dirty but after this week, it's not a surprise. California was infiltrated with cheaters, killers, liars, Pedos, men who think they can be a lady and stealing. My State has been taken over by transplanets from Vermont and transgender's from other countries.

The big news from the primary is that Steyer will not be our governor. He would have put the nails in the coffin that Newsom built for California. Becerra is no peach, but you can't get any farther left than Steyer.
I was surprised that Hilton outperformed Pratt relatively speaking. Both have a steep uphill road in the general election. Hilton has a decent lead right now, but he will end up losing the primary to Becerra. Post election vote drops in California always heavily favor Democrats. Weird huh?
