Now that Congressman Daryl "step away from the car"Issa has announced a move to Texas to seek to continue his Congressional career, some questions arise --
-how long will he have to reside in his new Texas residence to be eligible to run there? Will he have to resign his California seat first?
-will he continue to list his north San Diego County address, his east San Diego County address, and his DC-area address along with his new Texas address?
-how many days per year will he have to reside in his new Texas address in order to keep his eligibility there?
-will he be packing a UHaul truck himself, or will he use a professional moving service, or will he just acquire a furnished apartment in Texas?
-will the gate hit him on his ass on his way out?
