I was looking at purely academics. Husker's source considered non-academic variables, including:
"the share of armed students, the number of school shootings between 2000 and June 2020, bullying incidence rate, and more."
Utah gets the first day of deer hunt off, so I doubt they score well in Husker's ranking source. (although, that's technically not the reason given in current times)
EVERYTHING has to be according to the rule of law. People like espola and the others like him love to hate and murder those to whom they disagree. That attitude is for losers. Winners don't cheat, they follow the constitution and the rule of law. It has to be this way or were just like these cheaters.

The perpetually ignorant Trump, who infamously doesn’t (can’t?) read his briefings, has repeatedly tried to claim that he personally was responsible for resolving a conflict between Albania and Azerbaijan, when in reality, there is still very much a conflict simmering between Azerbaijan and its neighbor, Armenia — Albania is many hundreds of miles away in the Balkans.
This became a point of amusement for several world leaders who are clearly sick of Trump’s sh*t. Albania’s Prime Minister Edi Rama joked to France’s President Macron that “You should make an apology … to us because you didn’t congratulate us on the peace deal that President Trump made between Albania and Azerbaijan.”
“I am sorry for that!” laughed Macron.
A few weeks ago, Trump bragged on Fox News that “I solved wars that was unsolvable. Azerbaijan and Albania, it was going on for many, many years, I had the prime ministers and presidents in my office.” A deal was brokered between Azerbaijan and Armenia, but it’s obvious that Trump personally had very little to do with it, since he doesn’t even know who participated in the peace talks.
Trump is a national embarassment and a disgrace to our nation, and it is going to take decades to rebuild our standing with the international community the way that he’s dragged our good name through the mud.

The last *President* needed a border collie to find his way off stage, sniffed young girls' hair, and would have been a low achiever at the Alzheimer's Home.
