Life Lesson: Building Resilience One Payment Plan at a Time

BRONZE
My GA team might not be shaking up the leaderboard, unless there’s a secret bracket for “most spirited high-fives after another character-building loss.” Still, credit is due where credit is due as the team have gone from “make it stop” to “look, they moved in the general direction of the ball,” and hey, that’s technically progress.

Call it character building, call it team bonding, call it creating lifelong memories, or just a group of kids realizing that orange slices and post-game snacks are the true MVPs here. Because really, every match can be smoothed over with a juice box and a glittery dinosaur sticker.

Oh but I forgot one key info here… my DD is no longer in pre-k, and I just dropped +$10K this year on what appears to be a very expensive lesson in perseverance. Yikes! o_O

What age?

High School years now... options: upgrade to a fancier team with more stress, sprints, and maybe a bench with my DD name on it. Or downgrade to rec with less glory but possibly become a superstar. Or quit and discover life beyond stinky shin guards and cleats altogether.
