I’m in Willis Texas right now and boy they love trump here! Fox or Newsmax are a constant. Between hearing “Joe Biden should be shot in the head!” more than once (must be a mantra) and the “N” word being used loud and proud I have heard “FORE!”, “dijaeatyet?”, “what ya have’n?” and “there could be a gator or two in there”.

Oh yeah, I should mention that if ICE were to come here to the red parts of Texas I’m sure their numbers would go way up. One ranch I was at had a small town of cottages for the workers and as they don’t speak English I’d suspect? America was built on slaves and cheap labor. That resource is now being threatened.
 
As Trump deploys the Marine Corps to Los Angeles, they should know how he's treating the National Guard who are already there. The Trump administration failed so badly to prepare for their attack against America, they didn't feed these guys or provide them a room. They got our boys sleeping on the pavement with no cot, shit they don't even have blankets. All so they can train their weapons on fellow Americans. I guess this is how he treats people he calls 'suckers and losers'

This failure to provide our soldiers with the bare minimum makes them more tired, irritable, and more prone to make mistakes. Trump is spending $50 million in taxpayer money on his birthday and has hundreds of tanks rolling through DC, but he can't even get these guys a solid meal or a pillow.

When my Dad was a National Guard Captain and CO of an anti-aircraft company in Vermont, I went with him to one of his Saturday drills. At lunchtime, he came out from behind the paperwork on his desk to watch as his men were issued C-ration boxes for lunch. He told me that a good commanding officer looks after the needs of his men first and his own needs later. We then retired to the company office with a couple of boxes for ourselves (and the poker game that had just started there).
