T 2.0

Dad4 was the dumbest dad of all. Trump was an awesome dad. All his kids came out on top. No crack addiction like the Pedo Joe's son Hunter. No guns with cocaine and hookers' pics. Not one Trump kid has a diary of the Donald taking showers with his daughter or a Laptop from Hell and no one calls dumb dad "Pedo Peter." Dad4 the math teacher (just like Little evil Larry) was all wrong with Covid #'s and his advice killed people.
It started at the top. The NPC’s were all in with their warped leadership.

The overall size of the BBB and the complexity of its structure seem to be an intentional attempt to hide its full impact until it is too late. Our only hope is that the Senate Republicans have a better conscience than the House Republicans.
Hahaha. That describes every budget proposal. But this, THIS ONE, passing and it will be “too late”. Settle down, Chicken Little. You managed to get through what is showing itself as the most corrupt and economically misguided four years in our lifetimes. It wouldn’t have mattered if it was the democrats passing the bill. Either way, if the economy doesn’t grow, the deficit will get worse. The Dems support more government employees, higher taxes and benefits for illegals - not to mention having more illegals. They support DEI over merit, the climate scam, unending wars - and lie about every economic number. All of that is a drag on economic growth and contributes to the deficit. Trump is not only your daddy, he’s your best hope.

Daddy Trump for Little evil Larry🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 is the only hope the Three Stooges have today.

Now that's truly a Green New Deal.

No discussion of clean energy is serious without nuclear.
I agree, within the constraints of what I have recently posted -- we need a safe and secure repository for the long-half-life waste. Yucca Mountain is finished and tested but blocked off by politics.

Units 3 and 4 at the Vogtle nuclear station in Georgia will provide needed power, along with unneeded and hazardous waste. See above

Reopening Unit 1 at Three Island will provide more electrical energy, but only to one customer -- Microsoft's AI farm -- so there is no net gain to the system. I don't see any announcements that the design will be improved over the Unit 2 reactor that failed in 1979 due to the operators' not understanding the weaknesses in the design, almost stumbling into a Chernobyl-like meltdown. I trust that the operators of the re-opened plant will be trained how to recognize the symptoms of the 1979 failure and how to take steps early enough to avoid it.

Also of interest is TerraPower's new design now under construction in Wyoming --

Maybe someone reading and posting here can help answer this question -- what was the point of all that babbling about "trophy wives" at the West Point graduation?

I know a little something that so many do not appreciate about Donald, but that those of us who worked with him in the financial services game have known for many decades—LONG before he ever made a run at politics.
His stated motives rarely reveal his true agenda. His showmanship and charisma bedazzles the uninformed, which is exactly how he likes it.
He never signed a contract or met an agreement he wouldn’t violate or wriggle out of if it suited his hidden agenda. He never met an investor whose purse he didn’t consider his own in some strategic way. And he never met a human being he wouldn’t screw in order to advance or satisfy himself.
If you want to understand his beef with Panama, don’t look at the canal to which he now points. Look at Trump enterprises and their fraught financial and criminal relationship with Panama, and look to the Russian oligarchs who bought condos in his Panama Tower.
If you want to understand his fixation with Gaza, don’t look at the Palestinian or Israeli people; look at the real estate value he now perceives that Gaza holds, and he’d like to unlock.
If you want to understand his insane, obsessive beef with energy renewable windmills, don’t look at the wind energy aspect; look at his beef with Scotland over his golf course and the nearby windmills that damaged his idea of its aesthetics.
If you want to understand his irrational hatred of Obama, don’t look at the policies of the Obama administration; look to the annual press corp dinner where Obama poked fun at him and bruised his ego. If you want to understand his demonization of Democrats, look not to Democratic social policy, but to the fact they didn’t want him to run under color of their party.
If you want to understand his hatred of “immigrants” don’t look to the actual contributions and challenges related to immigration, but to his own germophobia and personal disgust for all things “dirty and brown.”
What he does SO masterfully, as many sociopaths do, is figure out how to align, however temporarily, his own personal agenda with the drives of those he can then USE to help him execute it. And the GOP fell right in line with that abusive strategy.
The GOP now looks much like a battered wife who would LOVE to quit Trump, but who also knows their financial security, personal comfort, and social status would collapse if they ran away. And they fear they won’t get much sympathy or support from the people who tried to warn them not to marry the dude—a serial, liar, cheater, thief, sadist, and a generally Bad Person.
Many of the GOP politicians today are busily masking their own abuse from the general public; at some point, however, as they watch their power continue to erode, their reputations get smashed, and themselves get blamed for the extensive abuse they now suffer, something’s gonna give.
I don’t know what it is, but every bone in my body FEELS an energetic convergence heading toward a massive, MASSIVE explosion—coming soon.

Found on the web -- "It gives us the right to do what we want to do"

Trump’s West Point speech was packed with the kind of lunacy our mainstream media has tried to normalize for a decade but it sure doesn’t seem normal to me. In front of a crowd of cadets who had signed up to serve while Biden was president, Trump declared, “Just about a year ago, it was a big story, front page of every paper all over the world, that nobody wanted to enlist in our military,” completely ignoring the fact that just about every graduate in the room had done exactly that. He veered off into unrelated boasts, at one point claiming, “I rebuilt the military. We rebuilt it like nobody has ever rebuilt it before in my first term,” and even managed to squeeze in, “It gives us the right to do what we want to do,” making the event sound more like a campaign rally than a graduation.

The speech only got stranger as Trump wandered onto subjects like yachts, trophy wives, and even took time to attack celebrities, calling George Clooney a “fake movie actor.” He also boasted, “Sorry losers and haters, but my I.Q. is one of the highest – and you all know it! Please don’t feel so stupid or insecure, it’s not your fault.” His tendency to make everything about himself was on full display, and he only shook hands with a few select cadets, leaving most graduates unacknowledged.

In sharp contrast, Biden’s West Point address was uplifting, inclusive, and centered on the graduates and their future service. He told the cadets, “You’re about to become full-time members of the most honorable and the most consequential fighting force in the history of the world, that’s not hyperbole, of the world. That’s the truth.” Biden highlighted their diverse backgrounds and achievements, saying, “You make our entire nation proud, and that’s not hyperbole. You do.” He reminded them to “hold fast to your values you learned here at West Point: duty, honor, country,” and emphasized, “We’re the only country in the world founded on an idea, not figuratively, literally. And the idea is we’re all created equal, deserve to be treated equally throughout our lives”.

Most tellingly, Biden stood for over an hour, shaking the hand of every single graduate, making a point to honor each cadet personally. His speech was a celebration of service, unity, and American ideals, leaving the class inspired and seen, a far cry from Trump’s self-congratulatory, grievance-filled performance. What an embarrassment that man is to our country.
