The Constitution protects due process through the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments. These amendments guarantee that no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.
The Fourteenth Amendment, ratified in 1868, is a cornerstone of American constitutional law, primarily addressing citizenship, due process, and equal protection. It grants citizenship to all persons born or naturalized in the U.S., including formerly enslaved people, and prohibits states from denying life, liberty, or property without due process, or from denying equal protection under the law. The amendment also includes provisions regarding apportionment of representation in Congress, disqualification from holding office for those who engaged in insurrection, and the validity of public debts incurred during the Civil War.

Since you appear to be well-versed in Constitutional Law...

Can you highlight the part for me where it states that any of this applies to illegal aliens. I keep getting stuck at the part where it says all persons
born or naturalized in the U.S.

While you're at it..can you show me where it states in the 5th that any of that applies to someone here in the U.S. illegally.
I looked...and looked...and looked. I came up empty.

Do you know how time zones work?
I know socalsoccer.com takes place in the Pacific Time Zone. What time zone are you in that has you on a youth soccer forum here?
Ironic that you and your handler Little 'e' are on a youth soccer forum. His kids are grown up. Don't know if you have kids but
it's obvious you aren't in this time zone. I think you've posted stuff in the past that indicates you're in TX.

Du Du the dumb 💩 and Little e the 👿 one live in San Diego. Du Du has many houses so he might be in Texas from time to time. He rents his places out to MS13 gang members and Little e takes in illegal nannies to help clean up his mess. These two are something else. Where is Dom? EOTL? Dad4?

If ANY individual crosses our borders illegally and is caught, should they be immediately removed from our country and
returned to their country of origin, barring any necessary medical attention they might need? YES or NO

Should ANY individual already on US soil illegally with obvious known gang affiliation or obvious tattoos on their body stating they are in a
known gang be IMMEDIATELY deported to their country of origin upon capture or arrest by law enforcement regardless of how long they've
been on US soil? YES or NO (Individuals like the ones posted above by @crush)

^^Those two questions are for you @espola and @Hüsker Dü

Shouldn't be too difficult to understand..much less answer.
NO and NO.

One of my joyful citizenship duties occurred the first time I was called for Federal Court jury duty. That case was a short one -- one day checking in in the morning, jury selection in the afternoon, next morning the Feds presenting their case (picked up on SR 94 in east SD County a few days before), followed by the Public Defender defense (he hadn't been properly deported the last time -- the paperwork was incomplete). We, the jury, sat in discussion and had him convicted by lunchtime.

Arrest, trial, and conviction. I don't know what the sentence was since the jury was excused before the judge made his decision.

"Thanks a lot, Little e, the evil one and Du Du the poo poo 💩" Seriously, have you ever met a group of men like these freaks? I sit here sipping my Jack & Coke and just laugh my ass off. I feel like I live with cheaters & liars all day long. Youth soccer was a joke. Docs banging moms for play time and taking kickbacks for making "The List." You can have "The List." Where is Dom? Kicker? Lastman? Fact? God help us with these losers. We need a big intervention, and I mean right now. These men are insane!!!

Men beating women in sports. Plus, Kilmar beat his wife into submission for a big pay day. Happy Easter everyone. May Christ rule in your hearts. I pick Jesus, FYI!!!

Girl getting brain damage from a man. Thanks a lot man, I needed that hit to the dome.

Your ignorance knows no bounds.

“Any person”
Section 3 of the 14th has meaningful bearing on current events as well --

Section 3

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
