While we do have crimes committed by regular citizens against other citizens..why increase the odds of a crime against
US citizens by allowing a bunch of criminals to illegally cross our borders, live here, and commit violent crimes?

1. I am still not a grandpa (I'm not counting various cats as real grandkids, despite hearing my sons and daughters call them "our babies"}.

2. The grief of the mother noted above is not directed at the "rendered" individual; it is directed at a violent criminal. The criminal was given his full due process rights, was found guilty, and is headed for such punishment as the law provides -- all very Constitutional. You may wish to continue this exchange of ideas when and if the judge sentences him to that prison in El Salvador.

If ANY individual crosses our borders illegally and is caught, should they be immediately removed from our country and
returned to their country of origin, barring any necessary medical attention they might need? YES or NO

Should ANY individual already on US soil illegally with obvious known gang affiliation or obvious tattoos on their body stating they are in a
known gang be IMMEDIATELY deported to their country of origin upon capture or arrest by law enforcement regardless of how long they've
been on US soil? YES or NO (Individuals like the ones posted above by @crush)

The Constitution protects due process through the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments. These amendments guarantee that no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.
