Worth noting as Homan states below - the ā€œwithholding orderā€ would likely be set aside as material things have changed since that order. So, he could end up right back in El Salvador if he had another hearing.

While we do have crimes committed by regular citizens against other citizens..why increase the odds of a crime against
US citizens by allowing a bunch of criminals to illegally cross our borders, live here, and commit violent crimes?
