Resisting arrest? The video shows a scared 18 year old girl fumbling for her driver’s license. She’s about as intimidating as a kitten.

To me, it shows a problem with training. The police officer seems to have utterly no idea how to handle a minor hiccup in a routine traffic stop.

It is a rhetorical question, and it does point to an answer: Putin uses "I felt threatened" as a rhetorical device to explain the invasions he was going to do anyway.

Thats my point. His attacks have all been unprovoked, yet Biden was afraid to provoke Putin, thats why he didnt send jets to begin with or apply severe sanctions when Putin assembled his troops on the border. Peace through strength is a concept that is foreign to Biden. BTW the Ukraine aid was just approved with bipartisan support.
