Obviously you are fully versed of all intricacies of both New York criminal law and the Federal rules of criminal procedure. But for others, her criminal charge of rape resulted in a verdict of innocence. Then this pantywaist judge rules that she was finger f*cked and the all democrat jury is forced to enter a guilty plea against Trump for something every red-blooded man does to the help on a daily basis, so long as the old ball and chain is looking the other way.

Did you miss the fact that it was a civil trial, not a criminal trial? T was not found guilty or innocent of anything, he was found to be liable.
