Presidio/sdda etc.
In presisio or sdda leagues can players refuse to be subbed? What does that mean?

Well, in Chelsea's case, my money is on Sarri (coach) getting fired first. How would that work?
Coach: "Ref!!!, we are subbing No.8 for No.2"
No. 2: "No!, I'm staying in"
Coach: "No!, get your butt out!"
No. 2: "No!"
Next practice:
Team: "Hey, coach, where is No. 2?"
Coach: "No. 2 is no longer on the team."
doesnt help that Chelsea asked FIFA for clarification if the transfer ban included hiring of new head coaches. ouchWell, in Chelsea's case, my money is on Sarri (coach) getting fired first.
Leads to an interesting soccer discussion. Guy is stubborn to a fault. Seen coaches like this around here - but usually only due to the fact they don't know how to play any other style than the one they learned in videos or via club/org instruction.Sarri is having a tough season and this isn't helping him.

Sarri has no excuses. Every pro league has scouts that watches and collects data on ALL player and coaching tendencies. It's pretty mind-blowing the type of data they collect. Sarri makes it pretty easy for opposing coaches every week when he throws out a 4-3-3 without fail. Even easier when they know his single pivot will be a guy who can't run to defend anyone. Super easy when you know he will high press and you can suck those guy in, pass around them and then run around the slow guy in the back. If they only had a real good DM who could run around back there and help. Oh wait, they play that guy as an AM. Insane most folks with a decent understanding of the game can see the issue but that guy won't use all the insane amount of data given to him to change formations to suit what he has available. I think coaches at any level should be able to take away something watching Chelsea play - at least dont be stubborn to a fault.
dont forget about me yelling at the TV. i also only smoke pretendo while watching games. also depends on what you call a "big name" club.Yes, the only difference is Sarri coaching Chelsea and will be coaching some other big name club soon.
You, on the other hand, sitting here on the Forum and pretending like you know anything about coaching![]()
