Agreed. I think the slammers A and B teams were mixed up in seeding for whatever reason. That A team was one of the best “2nd teams” in any group, if not the best. I don’t expect them to win tomorrow, but I don’t expect them to be an easy out.

Insecure at all? Why still continue compare 2 completely different teams, matchups, pathways, illnesses & injuries and set of circumstances, and make gross generalizations of a sister team? And why not try to celebrate accomplishment by other teams, especially your own? We’re at Surf and we celebrate all 3 of our teams to make the next round and don’t try to step on your own family. HOW DISTASTEFUL, and what a turn off and no wonder you can only get so far by trying to sh*t on others. Hint: the best don’t do that. Good luck in life... expect no responses to any of your vitrole (look up that word!)

WTF are you talking about dude? I think that Slammers A is a stronger team than any of the teams in Group C and I'm "distasteful", "can only get so far", am a "turnoff" and should expect no responses to my "vitrole" (except yours of course)? *SIGH* Good luck tomorrow Surf parent that had no team in Group C. Why are you upset with me again?

My daughter doesn't play for Slammers or any of the 15 Slammer affiliates, so it makes no difference to me. Based on head-to-head competition and results against similar competition I think Slammers A would have won the group. Also, based on seeing both teams play I think Cal South got the seeding wrong and ranked Slammers B as #14 and Slammers A as #15. I see you have a new account. Did you see the discussion we had about the confusion over which team was in which bracket? And when it was confirmed that Slammers A was in the group with CDA a few other posters picked them as potentially having to go the wildcard route (which is what happened) instead of winning Group C?

Btw, tourney seats based on unique team number for each team, not based on coach’s name, so totally irrelevant. [Get it?] Quit trying to run what if’s and own your fate. If anything, you had 2 cream puff teams in your bracket which helped you get a wild card. Saw those teams play, don’t defend them, they were cream puff. CDA Slammers put up double digits, and they put up 4 on you with 0 goals against, so it wasn’t close. Enough already, constant whining about wanting 1 higher number seed (like your 3/4” in height), means nothing. It’s doesn’t mean you would’ve done any better, and it’s a stupid What If, made by you.

I don’t know your actual height, or have no idea who you are, but just saying you sound defensive about Slammers seating like a short guy is defensive about his height.

When teams apply for all tourneys to keep info consistent, they are registered with a team number, linked to their ratings, etc. Coaches have multiple teams and teams change coaches and names all the time (look at Strikers North) so teams past records are stored according to the team number even if the coach name changes and the players are the same. That team’s record and entry is based on that number not the coach. It has nothing to do with the coach’s name.
