Winter Soccer Leagues

My 7 y/o son will be finishing AYSO soccer next month and is interested in continuing to play soccer. I noticed that most clubs offer year-round soccer however my son also likes to run Track in the Spring so he is limited to half of year of soccer. My question is: Are there any leagues/teams that offer soccer during the winter months(Nov-February) in/around the San Gabriel Valley?

Of course, like most parents, I think my son is a pretty good soccer player and would like a team that is a bit more structured than AYSO to improve his game.

AYSO Extra plays at a higher level than core (recreational league) but I don’t think that begins until 10 yrs old. All other club teams practice year round with breaks for December and June (generally) and play the majority of there league games Aug-Nov. Tournaments happen Spring, winter and summer depending on your club and team. My kids played club soccer and just did double practices, track and soccer in the spring if their teams werent playing in spring soccer leagues.
