Crossfire 6-1 over Ablion in DA bracket. They play the Southwest teams during the season so could be some new rivalries.

Yeah, they won the Memorial Weekend 2016 Surf Cup and then this one. They were invited to the Memorial Weekend 2017 Surf Cup but didn't go due to Far West Regionals being right around the corner.

Big Ups to Oxnard
Oxnard is a top team. Recently heard they drove from Cali to Seattle. Crazy if true and explains why they didn't get out of group play. One of the top teams Nationally.
CDA got caught in a thunder storm on their way to Nationals and spent 18 hours over night in an Oklahoma airport and then bussed 3 hrs to Texas to play their games and I'm sure that impacted the players. They were off.
Heard the same for Oxnard in Seattle. They can beat anybody

Yup, everyone except a couple families made it a road trip. It was 18 if you didn't stop...it was closer to 21 with stops and breaks. Totally brutal.
Nice comeback win in Surf Cup. The first half goal was unfortunate...at least the refs talked it over.
Time to up the fundraising, so you guys can catch some flights for the boys next year!
