Exactly why I was confused? We used to have Regionals in Jan or Feb and go to ID camp after.

Two different leagues USYF and USFF. This is like us club and usys. There is no player Id program with usff. For usyf if you win regional u go to national in February in Kansas. Usff national is in Bay Area in July. From experience there are more competitive teams in the Bay than Kansas.

Yes was unimpressed with Kansas. That being said isn't US SOCCER affiliating with the other one or am I way off base? Thanks for clarifying
