I'm a tech guy who is thinking about starting another venture...but this time in my passion area, soccer. I've coached my kids' teams when they were young - one plays academy soccer now, the other club and basketball. I know how hard it is to coach, especially running those practices.
The general concept is to help coaches run really effective training sessions by having the good drills, targeted by age and ability, for each and every session of the season. It would be for both parent-volunteer coaches (AYSO) and club ones.
