No, only on one team throughout the tournament regardless of flight. CalSouth State Cup rule below.
4.2. A player may only be rostered to one Team entered in a Cal South State Cup Tournament during the seasonal year and must use a current Cal South Fall Player Pass. A player may only be rostered to one Cal South Team entered in a US Youth Soccer Regional or National competition during the seasonal year.

This is allowed in NOR CAL NOT SO CAL. Northern cal state cup allows players to play on the 08 team and also can play up on the 07 if needed during state cup.
