Release from ECNL??

Can someone give some insight on the criteria and process of getting released from an ECNL team? Thank you

I'd suggest going to their website for more details........
2.4 Player Drops . No ECNL Registered Players may be dropped from an ECNL Roster during an ECNL Season, except pursuant to the Transfer Regulations below

Since ECNL is sanctioned by US Club Soccer, the player can just leave and register as a free agent with another team sanctioned by another sanctioning organization, such as US Youth Soccer and their local affiliate Cal South.

Hint - that would be most teams and clubs in Southern California.
 
Yep- Sign with an SCDSL or CSL team. Start showing up and playing. Stop showing up for ECNL.
Problem solved. (But might create more problems down the road)

One precaution - make sure that the club has not already registered her on one of their Cal South teams.
