Modified rules from CalSouth

Bums me out that they're doing away with the build out line for 06s. Punting on those small fields has created ugly soccer to watch all spring/summer. Kick ball city with girls this big and fast on such puny pitches.

The answer to that problem is playing full sided on bigger fields. 9v9 should stop at u11.

Or maybe it's not a big deal for your average u12 soccer player in an area not as competitive as SoCal. These are national standards after all.

This reminds me of last year where the first 3 weeks of the season had 3 different interpretations of the buildout line.

I would really love to have a season without watching players get caught in in-between situations and either letting the ball bounce or awkwardly chesting it when heading the ball is the proper play.

Rules seem pretty clear to me in the link above.
